Mandel School Installation & Commencement Gift

The Mandel Jewish Day School main lobby commission started as a one-time project for Pam Kahn, after whom the school is named. Pam wanted Nancy to create a piece of art featuring the logo, balancing it with Pam's love of color and art, for her home.  The complete piece was so loved that Schwartz-Katz was further commissioned to replicate her paper cut into a three- d wall installation for the school lobby, in addition to having fine art prints reproduced to be given to the school's graduates.  The project took three years to complete and now resides at the school and in the homes of many of the students.
