Schwartz-Katz classes nationally

In addition to speaking about her work and the exhibition Meaning Within the Letters, Schwartz-Katz is an accomplished and engaging papercutting instructor. She has taught workshops and classes at institutions including Chautauqua Institution, Shaker Heights Launch House, Birmingham JCC, and Cleveland Playhouse.

Schwartz-Katz collaborates closely with each organization to design hands-on projects centered around a shared theme, holiday, or creative goal. Her teaching style is accessible, thoughtful, and playful. Former students say she is great at meeting participants where they are and making the learning process both fun and rewarding.
